1. GET QUALIFIED
Minimum 2 years OTR experience and a clean safety record? You're good to go. Our recruiters walk you through a quick and easy approval process.
2. START IN A QUALITY TRUCK
For the first 6 months, you run in one of our quality used trucks (72” sleeper, fridge, leather seats) — no payments during this time.
3. TAKE OWNERSHIP OVER TIME
After 6 months, you begin making payments on the truck over 4 years. At 4.5 years total — it’s yours. No balloon payments. No surprises.
4. KEEP MORE OF YOUR MONEY
Take home $2,000+ per week, fuel discounts up to $2/gallon, and daily pay available through EFS. Plus, no truck payment during your annual 2-week vacation.
5. STAY MOVING, STAY SUPPORTED
We keep backup trucks on hand so you're never left waiting. Our dispatch, safety, and shop teams are available 24/7 to keep you running smooth.

The company is small enough to feel like a family business, but large enough to find freight going pretty much anywhere. (Though I'm still waiting on a run to Washington state like we discussed).
The trucks are well kitted out and look more like old school trucks even though they're new. Most have bull bars. Besides the normal headaches you get with any modern truck (thank you planned obsolescence from the manufacturers!) the shop does a good job of keeping their fleet well maintained.
All trailers are inspected EVERY time they're brought up to the yard. Which you will visit at least monthly if you use one of their trucks. This way they can make sure you're not struggling with downtime from defective equipment as best as they can.
You don't deal with brokers directly. You have your dispatcher and their team. You CAN say no to certain loads and you can tell them which direction you want to go. It isn't always flawless, but most times I can tell them I want to be in a certain city by a certain date and they're good about getting me heading that way.
